   Reservation guarantee with 50% deposit
   RV & Tent sites: Check in 1PM-Check out at 12 noon
   Rental units: Check in 3PM- Check out 10AM
   US Holiday weekends three night minimum
   Regular weekends are a two night minimum

Refund: 50% of deposit if cancellation is made no later then 14 days prior to reservation date. No refunds if canceled within 14 day of reservation date. (No exceptions).
