We, Chuck and Suzanne Gouin, are originally from South Hampton, NH.  We like to say that the former “Willows” Campground found us in the spring of 2005, and our lives haven’t been the same since.

Chuck is a retired Fire Lieutenant from the Town of Amesbury Fire Department in Amesbury, Massachusetts, and Suzanne retired after thirty-three years of service as a Registered Nurse.  Our dream of retirement involved doing something that we both enjoyed; people and camping.

Our quest to purchase the “Willows” became a reality on December 28, 2005, and has been a labor of love ever since.  Located on the shores of beautiful Lake Ontario at the northeastern end of the lake, this is the true North Country of the state of New York.  This is a 12-acre piece of heaven boasting of serene sunsets and peaceful days and evenings sitting around an open fire.

This is the place that we have chosen to live our retirement, and we plan to share this beautiful place with many happy campers for many years to come.
